When you experience unpleasant feelings and dark thoughts, it is helpful to do a stressworkout. After which you will have more possibilities to deal with your situation. Optimal health in all areas of being is what everybody likes to have. Stress is on the other side of the scale and undesirable. Stress can be: *too much activity in your head *too much tension in the body *too many conflicts, inside yourself or in the connection with others *too many unpleasant feelings *Too many demands from others or yourself Sometimes the actual reason for the stress can be dealt with. I am accepting it, and I am going to act as wise as possible in this difficult situation. Facing your reality is the only way to get yourself back in good shape again. By doing stressworkouts you decide to become your own therapist. Every stressworkout CD consists of spoken instructions for a variety of therapeutic techniques.
